Maple Valley Family Dental Care will accept most insurance plans that allow you to choose your own dentist. We are happy to file your insurance claims for you. We can also help you understand your plan and calculate your portion of the fees for the treatment that you need. Dental benefits vary significantly. The amount of coverage your policy gives depends on the plan that you participate in. Please be aware of your plan limitations. We are preferred providers for the following insurance companies: Washington Dental Service, Delta Dental PPO, Delta Dental Premier, Premera, Regence, Metlife, Cigna, United Concordia and Aetna Dental Plans.

Payment in full is expected at each appointment. We can offer flexible financing through CareCredit and will be happy to discuss these options with you. We are here to answer any of your questions concerning financial needs. You can make payments in the following convenient methods:

Kids Days at Maple Valley Family Dental Care
We have created a very special way to make taking your children to the dentist convenient for you and your schedule while at the same time lessening the anxiety that some children have when they visit the dentist. Kids Days are scheduled on a Saturday or a school holiday. On these days we treat children only. Moreover, to make it fun for everyone, we pick a theme such as "Disney Day." (The kids can come dressed in their favorite Disney outfit!) The staff joins in by wearing the theme clothing for the day as well. Our Kids Days give parents the advantage of condensing their kids' appointments and getting most, if not all, of their dental needs taken care of in one very special, fun day.
