Dr. Stephen Rockwood was born and raised on the east coast. He completed his undergraduate studies at Indiana University and received his dental degree from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. During school, he traveled to rural Tennessee with a group called Remote Area Medical to help people with limited access to medical and dental care.
Following graduation, he completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry at Temple University. After his residency, he began working at a community health center, serving the less fortunate in the inner city of Philadelphia. Dr. Rockwood enjoys working with each individual patient to determine his or her unique dental needs. He is caring, compassionate and strives to deliver the highest quality of care. In his spare time, he enjoys running, skiing, hiking, as well as spending time with family and friends.
